Unless directed otherwise (by membership emails) the next location for th meet of the Suncoast Scale Model Boat Club (SSMBC) is:
Lake Seminole Park

About Lake Seminole Park: The pond is about 300 feet in diameter and about 5 feet deep. It has been used by RC model boaters for at least 50 years. There is nearby parking, a pavilion, and floating dock for multiple model boat launching.

There is a large shelter available (if not reserved) with restrooms about 150 feet away.  Parking is very close as is the pavalion.  Plenty of shade from the shelter as well as nearby trees.  The shelter is close to the water so one can sit in the shade and enjoy operating their boats!

From Clearwater (and north of that) head south on US-19, Seminole Blvd, Starkey, Belcher, to Park Blvd. See map.
